1. Sublingually: One common way to take a liquid extract is to place a few drops under the tongue and hold it there for a minute or two before swallowing. This allows the active compounds in the liquid extract to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes in the mouth.

2. In water or another liquid: You can also mix a small amount of liquid extract with a glass of water, coffee, tea, juice or another liquid and drink it.

3. As a food or drink additive: Tinctures can also be added to food or drinks as a flavor enhancer. For example, you can add a few drops of tincture to a smoothie or a bowl of oatmeal.

How are your mushroom extracts made?

Our alcohol-free medicinal mushroom extracts are made using a purified spring water-based extraction method, which may preserve more of the water-soluble compounds in the mushroom.
