All you need is a few simple ideas to help you add mushroom extracts to your diet.

Add to your morning coffee

One of our favourite ways to add mushroom extracts to our diet is by adding a few drops to our morning coffee. Simply add a few drops the same way you would add your chosen syrup and blend. You can add any of our mushroom extracts to your morning coffee, each blend has its own unique benefits. We recommend adding a few drops of Cordyceps for a natural energy boost.

Add to a smoothie or yoghurt

 Another great way to add mushroom extracts to your day is by adding a few drops to a smoothie or yoghurt. Either add a few drops to a smoothie and blend or add a few drops to a yoghurt and mix it in, finish off with a few pieces of fresh fruit. Add to a cooking sauce

You can even add mushroom extracts to your day by adding a few drops to a cooking sauce. This is a great way to let the extracts soak into your tongue and receive all the benefits without having to make a smoothie or a cup of coffee.
